1) OTS Products, LLC is no longer responsible for goods and products once the carrier has picked up and accepted the shipment.

2) OTS Products, LLC does not accept returns or issue refunds as all sales are final. Rest assured that all products are thoroughly inspected before shipping.

3) OTS Products, LLC only collects sales tax on Pennsylvania sales. All other State sales tax reporting is the responsibility of the buyer.
